Of course you are very familiar with this one fruit. His name is jackfruit.The fruit of this one is widely found in the tropics as in Indonesia and Southeast Asia region. Usually this plant grows in any place that has enough moisture content.

In the area of Aceh, parents will usually make the jackfruit that has been cooked into a mixture of the soup and kolak cuisine. The cuisine is typical and has a pretty good taste.
However, for those who experience stomach disease do not too often consume this one fruit because it can cause flatulence and windy. I often consume this one fruit but have never experienced flatulence.
