I am amazed to see this extremely strange plant, this is first time ever knowing about this. Lithop, a plant which looks like stones or pebbles.
The shape and texture makes them to showcase as stones. Being like stones animals won't eat them, fantastic trick to survive. Deceptive camouflage skill hides them among stones and pebbles, even we cannot understand their presence like the animals do.
This guy is a wild citizen of South Africa. Lithops need some good rainfall to grow, 2 inches rain fall per month is desired. Lithop will not grow other regions if the conditions not met.
