Lifestyle matters a lot to measure the level of fitness. Exercise should be the part of your daily routine to remain fit and healthy. Various sports including swimming, football, basketball, cycling etc are good ways to maintain an awesome lifestyle.
Sports and games are essential for the mental growth and improvement as well. As it is cited that a sound body has a sound mind. This logic is so true. To enhance the human analytical skills chess, cards, snooker and carom board are awesome games to play.
It is the duty of the parents and teachers to let their younger generation know the importance of sports and games. For the proper growth and development of the children such initiative should be appreciated!
