Resep Bakwan Sawi Hijau / Recipe Fried Mixed Vegetable Chinese Green Cabbage

Selamat siang sahabat Steemian...

Hari ini aku ingin berbagi resep cara membuat bakwan sayuran dengan salah satu bahannya yaitu sayuran sawi hijau atau disebut juga cay sim. Awalnya aku ingin memasak cap cay tetapi karena bakso dan kembang kolnya tidak ada akhirnya aku berkreasi dengan membuat bakwan sawi hijau. Alhamdulillah tetap enak dan gurih rasanya.

Di bawah ini adalah resep BAKWAN SAWI HIJAU :

BAHAN-BAHANNYA :

  • 1 lembar daun sawi hijau, cuci, iris tipis
  • 2 batang wortel, cuci, potong seperti korek api
  • 1 batang daun bawang, cuci, potong kecil-kecil
  • 1 butir bawang merah, kupas, cuci, iris tipis
  • 1 siung bawang putih, kupas, cuci, iris tipis
  • 2 buah cabai merah, buang tangkainya, cuci, iris miring
  • 125 gram tepung terigu (bisa diganti dengan tepung bumbu serbaguna misalnya merk "Kobe")
  • 1 gelas air matang
  • Garam dan kaldu bubuk rasa ayam secukupnya
  • Minyak goreng secukupnya

CARA MEMBUATNYA :

  • Siapkan wadah atau mangkuk. Campur tepung terigu atau tepung bumbu dengan air matang, aduk hingga rata. Beri garam dan kaldu bubuk secukupnya, aduk rata. Buat adonan jangan terlalu encer dan jangan terlalu kental.

  • Masukkan irisan bawang merah, bawang putih, irisan cabai, potongan sawi hijau dan wortel, aduk hingga tercampur rata.

  • Siapkan wajan, panaskan minyak goreng. Ambil satu sendok adonan bakwan sawi, goreng dalam minyak panas sampai matang berwarna kuning kecoklatan. Goreng sampai seluruh adonan bakwan habis. Angkat dan tiriskan.
  • Hidangkan bakwan sawi hijau dengan nasi putih hangat atau untuk cemilan.

Tips : bumbu bawang merah dan bawang putih iris bisa dihaluskan dan ditambah lada halus jika suka.

Below is a recipe BAKWAN SAWI HIJAU (Fried Mixed Vegetable chinese green cabbage) :

MATERIALS :

  • 1 sheet of green mustard greens, washed, thinly sliced
  • 2 sticks carrots, washed, cut like a match
  • 1 spring onion, washed, cut into small pieces
  • 1 grain of onion, peeled, washed, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled, washed, thinly sliced
  • 2 pieces of red chilli, discard the stem, wash, sliced ​​slant
  • 125 grams of wheat flour (can be substituted with versatile flours such as "Kobe" brand)
  • 1 cup of boiled water
  • Salt and chicken powder broth taste to taste
  • Right amount of oil

HOW TO MAKE :

  • Prepare a container or bowl. Mix flour or seasoning flour with boiled water, mix well. Add salt and powdered broth to taste, stir well. Make the dough not too thin and not too thick.
  • Add slices of red onions, garlic, chili slices, green mustard and carrots, stir until well blended.

  • Prepare the pan, heat the cooking oil. Take a spoon of dough fried mixed vegetable (bakwan) green mustard, fried in hot oil until cooked brownish yellow. Fry until the whole bakwan dough runs out. Lift and drain.
  • Serve a green mustard greens with warm white rice or for snacks.

Tips : onion seasoning and sliced ​​garlic can be smoothed and added fine pepper if likes.
