📷 Original wood products

Have a nice day! Grinding products on a lathe has become almost an art activity in which the usual bar of wood is transformed right before your eyes.

In recent years, the master increasingly began to use this method, as it is faster and much more practical. Today I decided to share a lot of interesting and original interior items and Souvenirs made of wood.

I immediately liked this tiny box, even decided to look inside :-)

Work completely fresh, still smells of wood and pine aromas. Imagine how difficult it is to cut such forms. It was very interesting to watch all the processes right there.

However, the chips were flying from everywhere to come close was probably ill-advised.

I liked the vases in the technique of segment turning of oak or beech, alder or aspen with a special wax.

I learned that ash wood, and elm quite well bent, and so it is easy to handle. It also tolerates temperature changes and does not crack during drying.

By the way, one of its most valuable advantages is moisture resistance. Even with a high level of humidity, the elm will not rot. Not for nothing, in Venice, many piles of houses were made of this wood.

Today, the masters make quite unusual items from wood.

Elm is even called the "sheikhs"tree.

Very effective drawing and good texture.

Anyone could pick up a vase or some other souvenir for a gift.
