If you keep taking shots, one must enter.
If you keep dancing like nobody is watching, someday that hobby might pay you for life.
If like a football player, you're on the bench but you still train like you're a starter, one day you'll get called up.
Okay, let's ramp this up and get relatable...
You're there seeing everyone get media recognition and it makes you despair that it hasn't gotten to you.
Or people ahead of you have gotten local and international awards and it seems like no one is noticing your effort.
Look... these organizations need to keep giving out awards. It means they need to keep searching for emerging talent.
Media houses (TV and radio) need great content. It means they will keep looking for guests on their show who can give value to their audience.
They are always conducting an unseen audition for human capital because their continued operations depend on it.
However, the major key is to keep shooting your shot.

The gatekeepers hold the doors open from time to time. It was my turn this time and I walked through unahshamedly.
The doors for your specific aspirations are still being held open from time to time.
Either someone who used to be the steady pick got tired and quit, or they simply outgrew the level you're seeking to enter, or new shoes were serendipitously created that you're well suited to fill.
The cards are being shuffled everyday and children of commoners always get a chance to claim their shot at First Generation royalty.
Your time will come. Keep envy far from you and REFUSE TO BE 'FRUSTRATED'.
All you need to do is keep shooting your shot and trust in THE EQUALIZING POWER OF TIME.
