Selamat siang sahabat steemians, Salah satu tugas pengawas sekolah adalah memeriksa kelengkapan administrasi sekolah. Pengawas melakukan pemeriksaan ke sekolah-sekolah secara rutin tiap satu sampai dua kali dalam setahun. Pemeriksaan meliputi laporan-laporan, buku induk, sistem organisasi dan file kepegawaian. Kelengkapan file-file tersebut dinilai secara langsung oleh pengawas dan didampingi oleh kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah,staf dan guru.

Nilai yang diberikan sesuai dengan kelengkapan bahan, bisa mendapatkan nilai tertinggi sampai nilai terendah. Pemeriksaan di sekolah kami hari ini berjalan dengan lancar dan semua file yang diperiksa hampir semuanya mendapat nilai sempurna. Adapun file yang belum sempurna di beri arahan untuk kedepannya bisa diperbaiki dan dilengkapi kembali.

Selain memeriksa kelengkapan administrasi,tim pemeriksa juga memasuki beberapa ruangan kelas untuk meninjau langsung rombel dan sekaligus memeriksa sarana dan prasarana.

Good afternoon friend of the steemians, One of the duties of the school supervisor is to check the completeness of the school administration. Supervisors conduct inspections to schools regularly every one to two times a year. Examinations include reports, master books, organizational systems and personnel files. The completeness of these files is assessed directly by the supervisor and accompanied by the principal, vice principal, staff and teachers.

The value given in accordance with the completeness of the material, can get the highest value to the lowest value. Examination at our school today went smoothly and all the files examined almost all got perfect scores. The imperfect files are given directions for the future to be repaired and re-equipped.

In addition to checking the completeness of the administration, the inspection team also entered several classrooms to review the group directly and at the same time examine facilities and infrastructure.
