HOW PARENTS CAN PROTECT RIGHTS OF THEIR UNVACCINATED KIDS

If a kid isn't vaccinated against polio, he can't stay into a group of kids who have just been vaccinated during the next 2 months. Why? Because this injection consists of alive viruses, and, as it's said by the rules, this "NEIGHBOURHOOD" can be dangerous for unvaxxed kids.

Let's not touch now the question if it's true or not, I've already written about it before. Let's examine the question from the point of view of unvaxxed kids and their rights.
Why should exactly they be separated from the rest of the group? Are they outcasts? Are there any other ways to decide this situation?

She has a lot of such parents in her practice. They all don't know how to behave. As a rule, they just need to take their kids away from kindergartens for 60 days till after-vacconation time of "danger" finishes. But it causes a lot of problems for working parents - if they have to earn money from morning till night, so where and with whom should their kid be left?? 60 days are a long term, and it's twice longer than any legal vaccation in my country.

OK. If it's so necessary, as they think, the head of the kindergarten should mix kids in groups in such a way that all vaxxed kids are in one group (or several groups), and unvaccinated kids are in safety in another separate group.

Yes, it requires more changes and more cares from the stuff of the kids' preschool educational organisation, BUT it's the only fair variant. In this case rights of unvaccinated kids are NOT violated.
