Ned Scott is the co-founder of Steemit, Inc alongside with Dan Larimer, they created the social-media and blockchain company in January 2016.
to appreciate it (Mr. Ned Scott) I tried to paint his face manually by using a pencil and a piece of paper.
As an art lover only in this way I can present a gift of painting to Mr. Ned Scott.
