'Cry Baby.'
Following on from my Antique Doll Collection Part #1 and #2, I thought I would share my digital impressions of two other dolls that are on show at the Rockhampton Village Museum in Queensland, Australia.

Here is one of the original photos for you to do the comparisons. I continue to be pleasantly surprised to see what can be created with the use of interesting digital filters and effects.

I am having a hard time picking a favorite from this selection. The third photo from the top draws me in quite a bit. I think it's the effect on the hair. Such cool and intricate patterns!

I love old dolls and so need to check out your other doll posts.
Many broken and odd old china dolls that often creep others out actually are always endearing to me. My one achilles heel of dolls is...the clown! It will always have an ominous feel to it for me. This doll is very that.
I love all the edits, but I think I like the last one that looks like tiles. Imagine unearthing a cave and clearing away the dirt on a wall to reveal this as a giant mural...Ok, Now I'm scaring myself :)
Many thanks for your welcome visit and support @donnadavisart My aunty had a huge doll collection she'd been building up for years. When she passed away her husband sent them all to the Op shop and I know she had some lovely antiques in her collection. Very sad really.
