Material :
- 5 pcs white tofu (aq buy 2500)

- 3 pcs raw egg noodles (crushed, aq pk brand ekomie)
- Cooking oil for mnggoreng.

Ground spices :
- 2 cloves bwng white

How to make :
- Haluskn know mix with wheat flour, other spices n spices, stir until well blended. Taste test according to taste.
- Take a little dough, size of lbh bigger than marbles, then gulingkn to raw noodles sdh crushed while pressed sdikit for noodles stick. Then bulatkn lg let mienya bnr2 attached. Perform up to a dough of hbs.
- Enter in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes (usually to save the time aq enter into the freezer 10 minutes bun) let dough lbh solid.
- Fry in hot oil n many dg medium heat until cooked.
- Take 5 pcs and stick with a skewer.
- Ready disajikn dg soy sauce, chilli sauce or spice.
