Have steemians friends gone to sea? Why is sea water rising and falling? For friends who live in the sea or coastal areas, naturally the symptoms of sea level rise and fall are certainly no stranger.
The event of rising sea level is called the tide, while the event of sea level decline is called receding.



Within a day, on average there will be two pairs and twice the ebb. Why is that? Tide and low tide are influenced by gravity / force

pull the moon and the sun. the moon closer to the earth has a greater influence on the ups and downs of sea water than the sun's gravity.



The biggest ups and downs occur when the new moon and full moon because at that time, the sun, moon, are in line. The lowest tide occurs during breeding months, therefore, the lowest tide is called the tidal band. When the tide is high, the tides occur as low as - low because the position of the sun and moon against the earth forms a 90 degree angle. Therefore the gravity of the moon and the sun will weaken each other.
