Martabak Sweet Mini

Material:
250 gr medium protein flour
1 sachet (40 grams) sweetened condensed milk
¼ tsp baking powder
75 gr sugar
¼ tsp salt
300 ml of water
½ tsp of instant yeast (SAF / Fermipan)
3 eggs, shake off
50 gr butter, thawed
¼ tsp baking soda / baking soda
topping: meises, beans, cheeses, etc.

How to make:

  1. Combine wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Pour a little water, while stirred with balloon whisk. Stir well and slippery.
  3. Add the instant yeast, stir again until blended. Then rest the dough for 30 minutes or up to 1 hour, cover with a dry cloth.
  4. In another bowl, shake off the egg. Then pour it into the dough of flour which has been rested. Stir well.
  5. Add liquid butter and baking soda. Stir again until blended.
  6. Oles thin print mini martabak with butter. Heat with fire a little.
  7. After enough heat, pour 1 tablespoon vegetable batter, or up to ½ tall mold. Press the center with a spoon of vegetables, to form lace on the side of mini martabak. Let stand until perforated, sprinkle sugar, then cover, and wait until cooked.
  8. Immediately remove and spread with butter, give topping according to taste.
