Lake "Rainbow" in Kiev. Natural pond. 2019
Lake "Rainbow" is a large natural reservoir whose length reaches 3 kilometers and has a width of 600 meters. The depth of the lake in some places is 18 meters. There is a restaurant, a playground and of course a nice beach. Today in Kiev is +28 degrees it is really very hot for Ukraine, so many people try to be near the water.
An interesting fact is that the local authorities launched into the lake 2 tons of fry. In general, there are many natural fish in the lake: Silver Carp, Grass carp, carp, and pike. What pleases me is that everyone who wishes can fish for fishing bait is allowed by law. It is really cool to live in a city near a big lake and fish for your pleasure. Little by little I will write and publish photos of all Kiev lakes. You have already read about the Dnieper River in my posts.
