ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS MORE STEEM
I joined Steemit around 9 months ago and was as clueless as the majority of the public on crypto currencies. I had no idea what Steemit was, but I still joined. Nine months later I am still here ,so it says something about me or this place.
I look around today and there are so many new names from when I first joined and the beauty is they are all growing and powering up. The growth from some of these accounts from investing and powering up is confidence boosting for everyone else.
My family know what I want for Christmas already and that is more Steem. Easiest present and they can't go wrong.I won't be looking under the tree for some crappy socks or something I don't really want. Just give me Steem so I can catch the others who powered up and left me behind. Thought that was very selfish not waiting for Crypto ,but Santa will see me right.
I believe in this place and see a bright future. Yes it is a gamble, but a gamble worth taking. I think it is less of a gamble than loads of other things in life. We all have seen what this place is about and what it can become. I don't see that as gambling but more about believing in a product.
The product of Steemit is still top secret however as the majority of the people around the world have no idea that this place exists. It will change very quickly when the FUD from crypto's dies away and they start becoming a good thing to own.
I believe next year is the "start" of Steemit as I expect growth from the masses as crypto becomes a cool asset to own. Institutional money will pour in and the knock on effects will be felt by all of us here.
The time to stay positive and focus on growth is now and ignore the news for another couple of months as it will pay off.

I can’t afford to invest too much in Steem. However, every time the price drops, I can’t stop myself from buying a little more. My small purchase goes a long way.

Good insight! Where I live right now everything is down, so it doesn't really seem like there is better place to invest your money outside of crypto. I still plan on doing what I have been doing, but I am looking to power up my account some more too. Good luck and hopefully Santa brings you the very thing you want the most!
Howdy sir cryptoandcoffee! I agree that this place is amazing with the changing names. Lots of people are gone but new ones show up and the growth is slow but it's still growth!
