Kill nothing but discouragement, steem on!

Hey guys @oghie here.

I apologize for being offline for somedays, the reason is simply because of the poor electricity we have in this country, Nigeria. It's quite unfortunate for an oil rich country like Nigeria still suffer from minor things that citizens are supposed to be enjoying. I spend almost all my earning on steem just to keep up with light and internet, i hope the leaders will come to their senses someday and solve this issue.

But that's not our topic today folks, just as the electricity wants to discourage me from steeming, i decided to elaborate on why you should by all means kill this discouragement just as i did to electricity.

Since 7 months ago when i joined this platform, I've learned so many things. In life things don't literally turn the way you planned it, or the way you thought they should. Me personally i have had a lot of disappointing moments. Somethings get's broken and can never be fixed, while others get broken and can still be fixed. Most especially I've learnt that you can overcome those bad times and keep aiming higher for a better life when you got the right people who loves and support you.

Everyone has his/her cross to carry, no doubts we are all faced with fixed trials in our everyday life. What truly defines us is how we handle this situations. It's either you fight it or you give up. Never allow your fears to hinder you from dreaming. Great things take some time to cultivate.

Below are some tips you should lean on whenever you feel like quitting;

• The best things in life ain't cheap
  Take note, what you won't wont come cheaply like that, but if you work hard and constantly keep trying then you'll get there. Check well, anything that comes easy won't last long, bottom line is what ever costs you something will always last long. Sometimes when you crave for something, you'll need to dig deeper and deeper, don't just give up because things don't come to the east, learn to face your fears and overcome obstacles. And then in the end you'll discover it was worthwhile. Life itself is full of ups and downs, disappointments and appointments, but if you believe in yourself you will surely come out triumphing.

• You'll always ponder what would have happened if you carry on
  We never know how far we could possible have come if weren't persistent or constant. At times the toughest storms to get through are obviously the ones you need most. The best thing to do with your time and life is to deliberately follow your heart and take the risk needed. Just because you're afraid of what might happen doesn't mean you should take the safe route and easy choices. No matter what the result might be, just know that it happened for a reason.

• There's no such thing as instant success
  Incase someone might be planning of finishing the higher institution, get a a good job with a WOW salary, get married and have kids, well am sorry to burst your bubbles but that isn't gonna come cheaply just as you have conceived in your heart. There is no and there have never been any short route to success. Be ever willing and eager to take the long, tough road.

Long and tough roads always leads to beautiful destination.

For sometime, i have seen a lot of questions from new members seeking to know what it takes to earn a lot and become a whale overnight. While there are lots of good answers written by some awesome bloggers, some of them whom ask those questions never seek to the challenges and difficulties it takes to get for what they wished for. Almost all of them aren't ready to put in the hard work and so they frequently fall off due to lack of patience and consistency. It requires so much to get what they want i.e time, sacrifice, dedication, determination etc. There will always be temptations and setbacks but one thing is sure, once you've passed all those tests you'll discover it was worthwhile.
