Brief Introduction

The significant part of each person's life is determined by the written statement he/she has entrusted with a third-party often times a lawyer/attorney. Generally, it is a known fact that these third-parties are the voice representing the demise long after he/she is gone.

But due to the lack of trust and dishonesty that has characterized an average human being, it would be difficult to erroneously believe that the third-party cannot tamper with the documents or the last will.

By and large, the system has given Attorneys and lawyers an uncontrollable power over Testament/Will for a very long time which has given them the opportunity to alter, tamper and sometimes misrepresent the statement of the demise due to their personal interest.

The foregoing problems have plagued the Wills system from time immemorial. Eternitas is a start-up blockchain base platform that offers you a template to create your own will (by yourself, NO third-party) store all your digital assets, virtual assets, and Inheritance in an algorithm format.

Here is a highlight of how the eternitas blockchain works;

• Templates in form of virtual testament would be created online.
• Depending on the legal stand, a testament either handwritten will or donation on paper will be received.
• Those legal testament/prose would be transformed into a smart contract or what is known as a Ricardian contract.
• Those written Will will be hash/store on the blockchain or in safe database.
• Execution of your will (on a given time).
