It really sounds Ike Augur need to migrate over to EOS.
It is good that these projects start to launch and deliver as more Dapps need to demonstrate their use cases on the Ethereum network to ensure that investors see the potential of a platform with a vibrant ecosystem. This is good despite the ongoing scaling issues Ethereum has as it shows the potential of the network much like it did when ICOs were launching daily. Eventually, developers will figure out and deploy scaling solutions or lose their market share to other protocols like EOS. The point is that Decentralized Blockchain solutions work and demand can be created by Dapps developed on them.
I don't hear much about Dash anymore since it's all time highs. It's a heck of a bargain right now. There are good deals in this bear market. Great show! Thanks!!!!
Haha, sidechains on Ethereum doesn't make any sense to me. A sidechain can introduce extra features and use the blockchain only to settle / for security. It doesn't make any sense to use a sidechain on the less decentralised and secure blockchain of Ethereum while you can have exactly the same features on a side chain of the most decentralised, secure and battle tested Bitcoin blockchain that benefits the biggest network effect.
Blockchains don't scale easy onchain and 2nd layers on BTC will always be better than 2nd layers on smaller blockchains. Ethereum made the mistake to introduce complicated code in the first layer and won't scale or will scale in a way that doesn't make sense, thus I think it is a failed project.
