DAV: A transportation solution

Transportation of both objects and humans from one place to the other is of primary importance in our everyday life and smart minds have always been working to bring innovations in transportation industry in order to make it cheaper and easier to access. DAV connects technology with blockchain and helps creating a global decentralized peer to peer network that brings all types of users, riders, drivers, software developers, hardware suppliers, maintenance companies and any one else related to transportation needs together on one platform where they can communicate with each other without involving a middleman.

The traditional transportation networks are closed isolated silos in their nature with the exception of new networks like Uber, Lyft and a few others working on autonomous vehicles but these are not decentralized networks and are basically a closed platform. Some new companies with autonomous drones and robotics are also entering the market but these too are owned by corporations and therefore work as closed networks. DAV is building a platform for decentralized transportation network that has incentives for all the participants including consumers, maintenance providers, insurers and many others.

According to the recent studies as driverless cars become more common the people will prefer to opt for on demand electric vehicles over car ownership. This will save handsome amount of money for a common household every year, not just that eliminating the drivers will save tremendous amount of time every year as the drivers will become passengers which will save time required for regular vehicle maintenance.

This whole concept of autonomous vehicle driving will give rise to a new Passenger Economy worth trillions of dollars within a few decades. This new economy on the one hand will help save time and money for a common man and on the other hand will create endless revenue possibilities.
