Late Night 4km
I just finished a 4.17km run that lasted about 0hh:32mm:51ss !
Finished late at work today and had a nap before my run. It turned out almost 8pm when I started running. The park was empty but the weather was cool... at 27 degree Celsius. Had a healthy breakfast this morning with a bowl of plain oats with a piece of banana and a cup of my favourite long black coffee.
