Sunday Easy 10Km Run
I just finished a 10.111km run that lasted about 1hh:19mm:21ss !
Hi guys, today was a good day so I ran an easy 10km at the park. The weather was at 29 degree celsius, hazy and warm. As usual had a cup of long black coffee before the run.
