Monday Easy 8Km Reverse Run
I just finished a 8.237km run that lasted about 1hh:1mm:29ss !
Hi guys, today was a good day so I ran an easy 8km at the park. As you can see many people doing Qi Gong at the back. The weather was at 29 degree celsius, hazy and warm. As usual had a cup of long black coffee before the run.
