Running To Beat The Rain
I just finished a 16.278km run that lasted about 1hh:28mm:13ss !

I know running in the rain, breads resilience and strength, but when it comes to winter time it can bread a lot of misery, cold and flu.
I have had a good run this year with my longer weekly runs, but was worried I was going to be hit by driving rain and wind today. I was able to handle the wind and made it all the way to work before the rain came, so that was a bonus. Not as fast as what I have been running this course but in the scheme of things I am really glad that I got it done and out of the way before the big storms come.

There are no excuses for a consistent runner, you just have to adapt yourself to the conditions of your surroundings with the available resources.
