Wednesday Timed Lunch Run
I just finished a 9.229km running that lasted about 0hh:42mm:7ss !
So how do you pace a hard run.
That was the question I was continually asking myself before I started my run. My time trials have been 4.8km, and usually are as fast as I can run from the start and just hold on as long as possible. Today my run was 6.4km(26 minutes and 10 seconds) and was really worried how I would go. Even though I should have extended the run for a full 3 laps, but I wimped out and only did 2 and a half.
Maybe next week, I will be able to push for a full three laps.
