Weiss Rating just downgraded EOS for being too centralized and tweeted about it. Personally, I don't think the KYC for Voice helped them much either. But each to their own, I'm sure they will do well regardless.
I'm 100% building for Steem and have been for almost 3 years.
The good thing about Steem is that we don't have competitors. As a social blockchain, we have to work together with others to grow. You see this with @steemmonsters and TRON but also now with Appics and EOS. It just comes naturally to build these links.
To be honest, for me, it's all coming together nicely for Steem. with Youtube demonetizing more content creators while the Steem Blockchain through 3speak, Dtube, and Steem Engine are empowering them and new communities to start a decentralized uncensored new life.
