Are scientific theories always fact?

The Science thories is NOT actually BASED ON FACTS but science is the PURSUIT Of FACTS,, A very large part of that pursuit is actually based on the things what we ought to already know, but that is scientifically because we actually happen to really know it....

but it would be actually possible — but also very tedious — to begin to start science all over again without no sort of facts at all, and be able to build it back up to actually where it is now.

Facts are really very useful and also a desirable things to have so that is why science was developed as a way to attain those facts....
