Some due diligence on / Common Law Court No. 1 (Dunblane 11.06.17) for familyprotection and informationwar
A few days ago I shared with #familyprotection, informationwar and I posted about A Common Law Court website that was providing Common Law I.D's. At that time I had merely given the claims made on the website a reading. Yesterday I started checking the claims made by the website by going over the documentation.Common Law Court No. 1 (Dunblane 11.06.17) documentation and procedure. Thus when I wrote "Common Law Courts Great Britain & International TAKE BACK CONTROL ORDER YOUR OWN CLC CARD" I was very specific and said that we all should be looking into this and doing our own due diligence in researching it.
In this post I wish to share some maxims of law with you so that we are on the same page. Over the years I have learned these maxims and so have not taken them from a source, but from my experience gained from study. So if someone would like to challenge these maxims of law please provide the source and I will look it up once again. One of the hall marks of Common Law is its common sense application of the truth and to me is expressed in the following maxims of law.
Maxims of law:
- All men and women know that the foundation of law and commerce exist in the telling of the truth and nothing but the truth.
- Truth as a valid statement of reality is sovereign in commerce.
- A unrebutted affidavit stands as truth in commerce.
- A unrebutted affidavit is acted upon as the judgment in commerce.
One can see why agencies have no standing in a common law court. The truth is that fictions in truth cannot tell the truth nor become a valid statement of reality seeing as they are imaginary constructs by definition. So agencies cannot make affidavit's of truth or valid statements of truth and as a result they cannot even answer an affidavit, which becomes a unrebutted affidavit, which is what stands in commerce and is the judgement in commerce.
Thus it is important to understand that in a Common Law Court (Petite Jury and Grand Jury's) one cannot claim to work or represent a fiction as an agent.
So one does not have to be a Lawyer or a Attorney, which I am not. One merely has to be able to recognize the truth, tell the truth know that fictions cannot do either, but are really practicing fraud. So lets look at what fraud is according to Boviers Law 1856
One can easily see why fake Principals and Fake Agents do not want to be in a Common Law Court. There practice is easily seen as the fraud that it is in commerce. Thus one can see that becoming educated in the law is how as a jurist you than can exercise such knowledge to know when fraud is occurring. One can easily see why Jury's are swarn in to protect and defend all defendants. One can also see why it is so important that we be educated and informed individuals as Jurist.
I have noticed that they meaning the insane who operate in fiction don't want Jurist who are educated about the tradition and culture in law. That is what the Jury selection process is all about and why such is actually fraud. The Jury is supposed to be composed of people who know you and that is what Peer's means. Instead they want people who have not any knowledge of what law is so that they can tell them what the law is, yet what they will claim is actually fraud.
Jury's decide both the fact of the case and the law of the case.
Do you see the value to your society a individual who is educated about law has. That in truth is your power to change the outcome and provide comity, peace and security for yourself and your society. Taking what I as a living being speaking in truth have shared with you and applying this knowledge to the case as presented here :Common Law Court No. 1 (Dunblane 11.06.17) , One can see that the claims made about the case itself is in line with the maxims of law I have shared. So it's claim to be a Common Law Court is so far confirmed. We will of course continue looking into this as it is important to be as sure as one can be.

I love the concept of common law courts and the whole idea of drawing down corporate power via the people's process. However (and I've been involved in Common Law Courts previously) the whole process depends upon the full support of the county sheriff. Here in the USA the power of the sheriff is under heavy attack, and any time a patriot runs for the office he is thoroughly hammered as a nut job by our MSM. The State of Connecticut even did away with the office of sheriff-- which is thoroughly un-Constitutional, but "The Constitution State" doesn't seem to care. How sad is that!?!?
I certainly hope, nevertheless, that we will soon reach a critical mass of educated people in both of our societies that Common Law courts can once again be effective.
That is the point of the whole process. That the people have critical mass and need merely recognize their power to put forth law. The fact that they claimed to do away with the office does not in reality mean anything. Bugs bunny can claim anything, but as a cartoon has not any force whatsoever. Note that in reality truth must be substantive. By definition the operator's of fiction are not substantive. Thus believing they have the right, authority or power is also a fiction.
Love it! Great response, and dead on, my friend. Oh, when will we ever reach that critical mass of collective understanding, though?
We are even now! The #familyprotection problem generated by the criminals is doing the work for us. It is sad that it has taken harming our children and treating them like chattel to wake millions. Very soon now the tune will be changing. LOL

I've done some reading about common law courts and grand juries in the past. What I can't understand and can't get past -- is how do common law courts and grand juries actually affect true change in today's landscape (in the US)?
The arguments for them and how they are to operate are pretty sound. I get it and on a lot of levels, I want to see them flourish. But at the same time, I realize that I've not seen one -- not one -- affect any lasting change. Today's legal system (the one that sits on top of the common law -- the one with thousands upon thousands of codified statutes that operate under the color of law) -- simply ramrod a person or a group into submission. This of course happens through seizures and freezing of assets, bank accounts, through false arrests and imprisonments, etc.
In all the "groups" I've kept my eye on or been a part of in the past, materials I've explored and purchased -- all say the same thing: It needs critical mass and the support of the Sheriff to be effective.
Epic.

That is true. Why than are we not handling them. It is because people are not acting as a society. That is where the power is in Common Law. The people acting together are unstoppable. That is why the divide and concur strategy and that is why we have to stop letting such work.
