So among the gifts that Albert Einstein left us, was a definition of INSANITY, 'Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result'. Child Welfare is an interesting example it is the government industry of taking children, the primary intervention is to take kids from their parents and put them in foster care and there is a prevailing belief that this is the responsible thing to do for children who are abused and neglected .

Now there are 50 child welfare agency in America, and the forms to underwrite them are in billions. The foster care is a bad idea, the error is the intervention and its crazy some people still believe, they keep doing it over and over and expecting it would work.

Its not a one among them that is reputed to be working well. Awful things happen to children in foster care, short term the outcomes for important things like health and education. Long term, it just gets worse. Kids that grow up in foster care overwhelmingly destined for the penitentiary, the morgue, for the Child Welfare Service when their own kids come into foster care.

Now this is the belief, that if we just get government to do child welfare properly then it would work and everything will be fine.

Many more millions of dollars are deployed by foundations, to monitors and consultancy in an effort to fix things and yet it has FAILED!. The foster care system is a wheeled oiled machine that does an outstanding job of taking other peoples children and it does it with tremendous efficiency. Its success hasn't actually resulted in them helping people, now the abuse and neglect is awful for children is terrible absolutely. When they also take them from their families, they digging a wound so deep that I don't believe we can measure it.

This dismantling of families, it has enormous consequences. Kids that grow up outside of their family, they don't master the things they can only be learned in that context, Like who to trust, how to love and how to take care of yourself, and that frankly does more damage than the abuse that brought the kid to their attention in the first place and thats why I can say the reason why child welfare isn't working is because "there are children in the FOSTER CARE SYSTEM

IS FOSTER CARE A SOLUTION?
It feels good to save kids but we need to understand that the Child welfare is an industry, and industries are self protecting ego systems. Think about it, the only time the federal government pays a social worker is when they take somebody's kid and as soon as that kid is in foster care they instantly become a commodity and the industry starts to wrap around, doctors,lawyers, judges,advocates,social workers the whole organizations. The industry is committed to this intervention, this taking other peoples children cause that's what it needs to survive and its on auto pilot is going to do whatever it needs to stay alive and this industry to stay alive, needs other peoples children

Do you know what these children want? They want to go home. Clearly Home isn't an address, home is a state of mind. It gives you the chance to a successful life and guess what? they spent decades, doctor,lawyers they didn't give these kids what they needed. Despite the overwhelming lack of evidence that's working they still persists.

It pains me to see that people love to give opinions about things they have never experienced and this makes them loyal to a system that abuses children. So a system that was created to help children are now the very things that abuse,molest and neglect children.

Intervention is not the right way to go about. When these children are taken to foster care, some of them end up as lab rats used in their experiments to hard drugs. Foster care isn't what it says it is, it is not a magical safe place that people say it is. The sad part is the targeted people of the foster care situations are the families that truly care about their children but are going through hardship. Poverty should not be the reason to seperate a kid from their family, they should have intervened long before the situation became drastic if they are willing to. help, because there are alot of rich families whom their children get abused by them, but the government never takes the children away from them because of its corrupt nature.

ARE THERE GOOD CASE WORKERS ?
Well obviously, where you find the most terrible things quite a little amount of good would be there. But where the corrupt ones are more, the good ones become invisible that you assume there are no good case workers at all. Although I believe that there are good case workers but some of them either get fired or cannot outrightly bear to see how children get separated from their families.. The bad ones try to keep a clean squeaky professional view of themselves and stay loyal to the system so in the real sense.. No good case worker actually.

We have heard alot of stories about the CPS corruption from the familyprotection tag and also from other sources. Some of us have seen these things for ourselves happening to close friends, neighbours, families and even experience them for ourselves.

We have seen children who has been forced into the foster care system, seperated from their families and were been abused by foster parents others had passed through fire to be were they are currently and We've seen that Redemption and transformation can happen here, in foster care homes giving hope to those who wants to create a better life after passing through these stages in life. Imagine a society that is worthy of raising our children in, this cannot happen if we let CPS corruption persists.
