Hey all,
Today Im going to share some FAQ with you. As my parents have been sharing what Ive been writing to Facebook (which I dont use). Below was questions asked and related back to me.
How do I prove conspiracy?
Conspiracy really took place before you became aware. What is needed to recap the provision during complaint.
If you cite it in a written complaint, you should use the proper code. Dont worry if you make an typo most often judges will already know where to look.
You keep stating these are not judges, explain.
How the municipal corp works is CPS and child support will have individuals on a payroll (contract). The judge may be a judge in their normal role, yet roll over and be a pretend judge "commissioner" for CPS and child support. **why is this important? It violates seperation of powers, denies YOU of right of equal protections of law. A county judge will work with a commissioner, together they will do Title IV agency bidding because of incentive.
In step 1, when should I give judge the copy of the letter?
You will want to hold onto it and the response. You will want to label copies Exhibit A, exhibit B, and give them to judge when you goto court. 'Your honor id like to enter exhibit a into evidence.'
do you believe CPS has a role in pedo gate?
I wasnt fully aware of what pedo gate was until googling it. I would say, I am not sure to be honest. But what I do think happens is , some of these children are raised to be slaves away from their parents. My only thought - reasoning here is from reasearching a company G4S. They specifically write that they will no longer employ slave or foreign born individuals, specifically mentioning children. Odd words for an international company.
CPS social workers are demons
The situation with CPS and Child Support is undesirable. However, most case workers and such are told, taught and trained that there are laws that substantiate their practices. They obviously dont know. So no theyre not demons.
why are you grouping child support with CPS?
Both are Title IV agencies, both involve contracts, both destroy families, just different ways. A person could never ever do anything wrong, be completely lawful. Yet, because they couldnt meet their Child Support obligations, CPS makes a visit. CPS would see that the family lives in poverty and would misstate it as neglect. Both agencies need to go, at the same time.
Do you think CPS will ever go away?
It really just depends on us. Its a multi-billion dollar business, so its going to take a lot.

Two things I want everyone to know is:
Dont let any of this get the best of you. It takes twice as much energy to refute lies, rumors and injustice. If you get mentally fatigued just going through this, take a small break. If youve been emotionally knocked down, get back up. In our darkest moments we shine the brightest.
I have pledged that Id donate 50% to @familyprotection, I have. Yet, didnt realize couldnt share SP. So to be fair, going forward (future payouts) 100% SBD and 50% steem will go to @familyprotection. I believe their mission is crucial in supporting families and ending these grievances against families.
I have never heard of someone having a CPS visit because they did not pay child support.
For one thing, the person not paying child support would be the parent NOT in custody of the children, so CPS could not take those children away from them. Unless you are saying that the person who is NOT receiving the child support would get their child(ren) removed because they are considered too poor to keep them (because the ex-partner is not helping out.)
Or -- are you saying that if the person not paying child support (usually the man) gets re-married and has new children with a new spouse, that that those children will get threatened or removed by CPS? (ie. pay for your first children or we will take your last children away from you.)
Thanks for clarifying. And if you have any examples to share of these situations above ever happening, I would like to hear about it.
Clarification- usually because absent parent is not paying child support. This will make sense ca-co in my next post as I will explain why. Remember Child Support is to replenish state funding of TANF, the other parent recieving the funds is merely incedental.
I just watched the first part of that video where the Social Worker claims that part of the reason the children are being removed is because the absent father is behind on child support.
To me it just seems like another way of saying that the mother is poor, so we should take the children. I don't see how teaching the father that he should have not entered into a child support agreement would in any way change Social Services view that the mother is too poor to have her children.
I don't know anything about TANF.
We have a different system in Canada.
My husband has a daughter from his ex-wife. The 2 parents agreed on a set amount of child support and put it in their separation agreement. He sent her the money each month.
IF he had quit paying she could have filed some legal paperwork to get his paycheque garnished so that she would get her money. If he had not been employed, the amount would have accumulated and I have heard of people having to pay back Child Support out of their government Old Age Pensions.
Anyways, I will read your next post when you explain your position further.
Interesting, thanks for sharing this. I'll have to look at Canadian laws. Im not very familiar with their systems to be honest.
Yes, to me the video demonstrates another sad excuse to just take children.

CPS is a bully. As is often the case, bullies go away when those bullied have had enough and decide to do something about it
:) agreed! I hope that people reading this gets courage. Its the only way I can correct the past.

I have seen you post about this before ... I’m a little torn in this issue ... I believe they overreact sometimes ... and I feel like a lot of time , the system fails children by not reacting enough.... the line of work I’m in requires our staff to enter tons of apartments a day ... and some of these conditions the children live in is disgusting.... some of these children have parents that honestly don’t deserve to have them.... I’m really torn on this topic.

Im in no way shape or form saying bad parents dont exist, and that is never a good circumstance. I think in situations like you describe children should goto family, etc. Instead of running a for profit business.
However, a vast majority of the time the agencies im speaking of are targeting normal parents. Parents that love their kids, this is what i don't get.
We need to find a constitutional basis where families can get treatment-rehabilitation while still being able to see and participate with their children.
I knew this couple... the mom worked ... the dad was unemployed.... he watched the kids .... well when the kids would act up ... he would spank them ... and when the dog would act up ... he would hit him too .... well ... the mom thought he would overdo it ... and would fight with him ... but she also felt he was on the line between discipline and abuse .... one day .... the neighbor heard all the commotion and called the police on him ... the children were placed in the mother’s custody and the courts placed a restraining order against the father .... the mother was made to take parenting classes etc ... well because of all the medical exams the kids had to go thru they found the son had major hearing loss and other physiological issues they thought were normal.... the father was eventually allowed to have supervised visitation with his children .... eventually when he completed his anger classes .... and all the other evaluations he needed he was finally able to go back home with his wife and kids .... but honestly I think they both needed that ... they were young parents and weren’t ready to be parents ..... they put themselves before their children ... they didn’t treat their kids properly ... they brushed everything off and didn’t seem to think anything was a big deal .... And the anger issues came back ... but this time the mom
Knew what it was and it wasn’t ok ... and she left him . If they would have stayed together ... who knows what would
Have happened .
