Step 3 - Continuation on 1985
Welcome back steemers, my plans changed today. So, I'm going to continue where we left off. Outlining 42 USC 1985, and further explanation on how this all works together.

42 US Code 1985
42 USC 1985 is applicable to CPS/Child Support in subsection 3, which states..
If two or more persons in any State or Territory conspire or go in disguise on the highway or on the premises of another, for the purpose of depriving, either directly or indirectly, any person or class of persons of the equal protection of the laws, or of equal privileges and immunities under the laws; or for the purpose of preventing or hindering the constituted authorities of any State or Territory from giving or securing to all persons within such State or Territory the equal protection of the laws; or if two or more persons conspire to prevent by force, intimidation, or threat, any citizen who is lawfully entitled to vote, from giving his support or advocacy in a legal manner, toward or in favor of the election of any lawfully qualified person as an elector for President or Vice President, or as a Member of Congress of the United States; or to injure any citizen in person or property on account of such support or advocacy; in any case of conspiracy set forth in this section, if one or more persons engaged therein do, or cause to be done, any act in furtherance of the object of such conspiracy, whereby another is injured in his person or property, or deprived of having and exercising any right or privilege of a citizen of the United States, the party so injured or deprived may have an action for the recovery of damages occasioned by such injury or deprivation, against any one or more of the conspirators.

Municipal Liability
Do you remember the sample letter found in step 1? Its aim is to help strip 11th amendment protections.
Municipal Corporation is defined as an incorporated political subdivision comprised of people that are working for the state AND have powers conferred to them by the state.
Breakdown, Municipal Corp is basically, your town, your county. Which includes Court Clerks, Sheriffs, DHS (who is the arm of CPS and CSE). My friend tried to tell me as he researched this, said Municipalities and their employees are not liable. Yet I pointed out Judge Breyer decision, municipal liability is a thing because the Municipal Corp was following orders given AND those orders where what deprived you of your civil rights. This will make sense here in a moment...
Cooperative Agreements
A cooperative agreement is essentially a contract from Federal Government to the State government (that splits funds from contract down to county level). This is not a grant.
When a county enters a cooperative agreement a contract was formed according to Blacks Law Rev 4.
How CPS and Child Support work, is by contracting
- Lawyers (prosecutors)
- Clerks of court
- Judges that are compensated as Commissioners
Sheriffs
See 42 USC 302.34. That provision falls under child support, yet since agency is really health and human services it extends to CPS as well. I'm guessing that's why this is attached to Social Security laws as well.
You may not know it, but if your paying alimony or child support or dealing with CPS... you where induced into a contract. A CPS social worker has to draw up a contract with parties listed above, Child Support is more tricky. Child Support you do not know it's a contract, unless you read the provisions. Then you see that your paying a contract to the state, that receives an incentive and performance bonus to recapture funds for the TANF program. I will get more into this next time (treatise of contracts).
Tying it all together you should now:
Be able to draft a letter and simple affidavit.
Understand and explain why the letter is necessary.
Understand and explain how yours rights have been violated.
Understand and explain how two or more parties conspired.
Understand and explain who is liable to you and why.

Entering into contracts with government agencies, police, parking enforcement agencies etc. is something we all do on a regular basis and most of us are completely unaware.
Once you learn some legalese and realise the fact that it's all by concent then you begin to tread with caution and start to question everything.

It is unfair and inhumane how these people are able to separate children from their families. It even generates a lot of impression and sadness, as children suffer these processes, and their parents are there doing everything possible to recover them.
They know parent(s) instinct would be to act violently if workers tried to take a child away. So they decide to tell agents to hide behind police.
But look at the lies they tell each other same authority to remove children from home there is no authority! These posts aim to challenge that.
I understand then that parents act in this way they use it against them .. that's where they benefit, I insist it does not stop surprising me how this system uses strategies to get away with it. Indeed they have even the police in their favor
