In my country Argentina, domestic or family violence existed since I have use of reason, before it was very common for men to mistreat their families or provide beatings to their women, these situations were not publicly disclosed, they were hidden in the family environment.

A few years ago and after the cases of battered women came to light that ended in a tragic end, the women became aware of this problem and were encouraged to denounce publicly, these instances are no longer a family problem, they are considered an abuse of the rights of the people and that is where the individuals must be in solidarity with the sufferer, so that together we can persuade this great problem that afflicts society.

Generally in these situations there are children involved, those who ultimately bear the brunt, living in a hostile environment with a tragic end brings many inconveniences for the infant, in most cases are given to adopt surrogate families.

In some countries, these children do not end up suffering from tragic situations, for some reason, with or without explanation, they are removed from their adoptive parents by "Child Protection" organizations. There are hundreds of cases on the web of abuse that families or substitute families receive from these organizations.
