Russian CPS select children from their parents under the lame excuse

Hello my friends! You know that I live in Ukraine but some of my relatives live in Russia. This story I heard from them when I visited Moscow. This story once again shows that the CPS just look for reasons to take children from their parents but they are not interested in childrens` happiness at all. Some additional details of this story I found on the Internet and now I would like to share them with you.

The withdrawal of two children from the Muscovite family, which had a broken water tap again raised the issue of the legitimacy of the activities of the guardianship authorities. The children were taken from a single mother from Moscow also because she had 17 cats and had no TV at her home. I agree that 17 cats is too many for the apartment but the woman just has a very kind heart and feels sorry for animals.

Helen tells: "Most of the cats were rescued from death. Here is one of them. The boys in the yard wanted to hang him. This is another cat. - In the winter, in December, in a frost of 20 degrees, the janitor poured water from the bucket on him. My mother brought the cat, because it was impossible to leave him - the cat would have died. "

I can understand this woman because when my granny died I had to take 6 cats to my apartment too. Otherwise they would have died on the street. We have too few shelters for animals in Russia and Ukraine and they are mostly overwhelmed.

But the CPS were happy just to find a reason to take the children. And what about a lack of TV... Well, what useful things children can watch on TV?

It is, in fact, about the methods of total control over socially unprotected layers of the population. And whether it will turn out that tomorrow the employee of supervising bodies will select children because of a glass of champagne drunk by parents on the birthday day?

Representatives of social services also did not like that the older child was studying at home, and the younger did not go to kindergarten.

When the guardianship authorities came with a check in the apartment, their decision was categorical: children must be sent to the shelter. In such conditions they can not live. According to officials, an unpleasant smell comes from the apartment, that was actually turned into a mini-shelter for homeless animals, as the woman admits that she actually took many pets from the street, saving them from death. At the same time, Helen Korobova insists: there is no unpleasant smell and nothing threatens children.

Helen explains: "Every apartment has its own specific smell - you know it as well as I do, and who lives in this apartment does not notice this smell. No one saw our cats - they do not walk on the street, do not walk on the porches and balconies. "

To select children for cats or the absence of a television is, of course, ridiculous. These are flimsy juvenile reasons to justify their arbitrariness. You can find fault with anyone. Employees of guardianship do not have clear forms, they act at their own discretion, act as they wish.

Helen Korobova lost the first lawsuit in April. After that, the mother raised the alarm, and volunteers came to her rescue, who collected money for repairs and new furniture, and personally found "good hands" for cats. But all this did not help - the court sided with the social workers and limited Helen to parental rights. All this time it was allowed for Helen to talk with her children only once a week. They were given to an orphanage with terrible conditions and the CPS did not care that it was much worse for the children there than with their mother.

But this story has a very happy end. Helen found a husband. Vladimir Samoilov, the father of one of her children, immediately returned from Amursk to Moscow, having learned about her life's difficulties. The journalists accompanied a couple, when Vladimir first time in his life saw his son - six-year old Stas.

However, the father could not talk with his son, because the guardianship authorities allowed the mother to see her children - Stas and his brother Grisha - only once a week and not more than half an hour. The Parents from the children were separated by a two-meter fence of the orphanage, educators forbid the children to approach the fence. That meeting made the parents very sad.

-Stas had a headache. But nobody cared about it. They did not give him any medication, nothing. He drank some water - he vomited again, and he was taken for a walk. This is medical care in the orphanage. - Helen complained.

The pair parted when Helen was pregnant. She did not tell the man about her pregnance so to make it easier to jointly fight for the children, the man almost at the first meeting asked Helen to marry him.

A few months later Helen filed a lawsuit to remove the restriction on parental rights, the guardianship agencies were against: they planned to sue for deprivation. Recognizing that all the problems in the apartment had been eliminated, the CPS were against the return of children to their home. They told that "the mother did not change her attitude."

What this means, the representatives of CPS (Chernova and Ksenofontova) could not explain in court. They also did not satisfy the desire of the children to return home quickly, even after a court decision.

As a result, Stasik and Grisha, who were in need of serious treatment for health reasons, were in the shelter for another month. And Chernova and Ksenophontova continued "to protect the rights of children."

Helen Korobova went into child custody office, accompanied by the mass media. And only after that the children were returned to her.

How many families will suffer because of the representatives of CPS is still unknown. Each single mother and a large family are at risk. Because for all that is required for children, parents often do not have enough money. It is better to help these parents, instead of obstructing them and selecting children. But to take children is much easier than messing with everyone.

First, you need to know what the officials might find fault with. You should have documents from polyclinics, social services, invite friends and neighbors to confirm that the family is normal. Please, take written evidence that you are not an alcoholic and not a drug addict. It is a bureaucratic apparatus, and it is necessary to struggle with it with papers. To do this, we need parents' organizations that help each other. So that people can immediately make the case public or help legally. But some parents do not want to join such organizations. They think that they will not be affected.
