A Mother's Ordeal: CPS Protection At Its Finest
Yesterday I had a discussion with a single mum whose daughter died under CPS care. At the time, she was residing in the Netherlands, precisely 3 years and 4 months ago. Her two children were removed from their home because the Dutch Child Protective Service in their alpha-omega nature decided she was unfit to care for them because her eldest son(aged 12) was sighted coming back from the grocery, a long walk from home. Oh well, a supposedly-nice lady offered to give him a ride back home, but as well decided to call CPS after her supposedly-nice gesture of help.
CPS came knocking that same day, Katherine never had the fight in her, she was sick and CPS deviously had their ways and took the kids. While in the hospital, Katherine was worried about her two children, even had the hospital call CPS to ask about her children, CPS told her all she needs to do is to get well soon and the kids will be back home once she does. They assured her that they just want the kids to be properly cared for in the main time. That was CPS's sweet talk and smart move, Katherine took the bait!.!. Her kids were never allowed to visit their mother while in the hospital for a period lapsing more than a week.
What happened after she got well?, she was in for a battle of her life. It all changed before her eyes, she was dazed, as though she was experiencing someone else's life. Getting her kids back became a serious battle, she was accused of neglect and being unfit. Sadly, about 2 months after her kids were removed, her daughter(aged 7) died under CPS care. Her little girl was sick and CPS never informed her, all they kept saying was that the kids were well adjusted to their temporal home while she labor to get them back. She died and CPS had no explanation to give!! Three days later her son was returned to Her. Her two kids came back home, one Alive and the Other Lifeless!.
Till this very moment, CPS never gave account of what happened. They are a messed up government agency. Did they return the boy to emotionally appease the mum?, does that take away the fact that her precious child is now gone?. In the fewest of words, they left this single mum completely drowned and left her young boy in a state of constant regret. Katherine said, "at times Michael say 'mum it was all my fault, she would still be here if I had not gone to the grocery' ". Are these the kind of people who are Tasked to protect our children?

Good lord. Ive read many horrorible stories about CPS but I really can't get used to it, it still enrages me after every one. CPS is a monster that must be brought down
Very sad story. One was returned alive and the other returned dead. That is 50% which is a failing grade. Probably even less considering the psychological damage done to the living child. Wow. Children are supposed to outlive the parents. She needs our prayers. And the CPS needs to be held accountable for their kidnapping actions. Some form of restitution needs to be made. Regardless any restitution does not compensate for the irresponsible neglect of a life that was forcefully kidnapped. Thanks @kryptocoin.
You said it. Anything but 100% is failing when it comes to our kids. So happy all this info is getting out. Bitter sweet
