Another CPS travesty unfolding...no place to run, no place to hide.

There is no state that is required to assist the "child protective" "services" (CPS) color-of-law matrix of another state, but they routinely do. This is especially true as the 4th Amendment supersedes any "statute" or "law" passed in opposition to it. However, until such time as the people rise up and demand their Constitutional Republic back, the quasi-courts will continue to uphold the "rights" of unelected bureaucrats in preference to the citizens who pay all of their salaries.

imprisoned and had their children re-seized from them for the "crime" of "kidnapping" their own children:

"TOPEKA, Kansas (KXAN) — The parents accused of taking their children from Child Protective Services, were taken into custody Wednesday in Topeka, Kansas. The U.S. Marshals say their three boys were also with them and found safe. Jeffrey Gilseth and his wife Maria reportedly went on the run with their children after being told at a CPS meeting their parental rights were being terminated. The Gilseth's lost custody of the boys last May after CPS reported a history of abuse and violent threats made by Jeffrey to Maria."

This desperate couple (WITH NO CRIMINAL RECORD--just a couple of reports to CPS about supposed "threats") took their kids from a foster situation where the kids say they were being abused, and left the State of Texas, only to be tracked in Kansas at the request of The State of Texas and arrested at a toll booth.

The lawyer says there is no danger to the kids, and they actually made a video with the kids--who are old enough to testify--saying that they were never in any danger from their parents but that they are definitely in danger now as a result of being placed with abusive "caregivers" by Texas CPS. Again, Kansas was under no obligation to intervene in any way here, but they did anyway. Corrupt CPS in one state will routinely persuade corrupt CPS in another state to do this stuff on their behalf.

"The attorney for Jeffrey Gilseth, one of the parents accused of abducting his three children from Killeen last week, is speaking out about the upcoming legal process and his advice to the couple.

According to online records, the Gilseths will face a judge on March 20 in Shawnee County, Kansas. Eddie Shell, Jeffrey Gilseth's attorney, says the court date is to determine whether or not they will waive extradition back to Bell County or request an extradition hearing.

Shell says he's already given his advice to Jeffrey Gilseth. 'It's time for Jeffrey to decide whether he's going to fight extradition or whether he's going to waive extradition and come back to Texas. I've advised him to waive the extradition and come on back to Texas,' Shell said."

This Texas lawyer is just a Shell of a real lawyer (pun intended) and the Gilseths need to hire a good Kansas attorney who is a known pro-family lawyer, and fight extradition. There chances are much better of keeping their kids if they get the heck away from the vindictive CPS Gestapo back in their home state. There are good lawyers out there and plenty of pro-family, anti-CPS groups willing to give good advice and even direct legal assistance.
