Family Preservation Foundation...Minnesota CPS/DHS's worst nightmare...WINS COURT CASE! (with MSM support!)
There has been plenty of bad news in recent weeks about the "Child Protective" "Services" (CPS) overreaches, frauds, kidnappings, even murders. But now, the worm may finally be beginning to turn. In Minnesota, a fledgling organization called "The Family Preservation Foundation" (FFP) (http://www.familypreservationfoundation.org/) has won a major court battle against Minnesota's CPS. The year-old organization is just getting it's feet under it, and yet they were successful last month in a major case of "medical kidnapping" against a Minnesota couple who took their child in for what turned out to be nothing more than a cold, but left the doctor's clutches "without permission" and "against medical advice" and went home, when it was clear nothing could be done.

"It all started in May when (Amanda) Weber brought Zayvion to Children’s Hospital for a cough. Doctors determined Zayvion was fine and stable, and after a long wait for another doctor, Weber wanted to go home and signed that she was leaving against medical advice. The next day, Zayvion was immediately taken away by CPS for medical neglect. 'Amanda submitted document after document from the doctors – no, he didn’t have a severe case of apnea, his apnea was under control. He didn’t need any medication; there was nothing wrong with him, he just had a cold. So this started a chain reaction and when we proved to social services that there was nothing wrong with the child, they still wouldn’t relent,' (Dwight) Mitchell (founder of FFP) said.

Mitchell calls this 'legal kidnapping.' It happened to him, it happened to Amanda Weber, and Mitchell says it happens all the time. 'It’s not unique to Amanda. In fact, it’s the norm. I have another mother who is going through the same situation right now,' he said."
We wrote yesterday, at length, about the legalization of LYING in America to "promote safety." That is a HUGE problem that is being ignored by too many, and that desperately needs a specific and powerful federal legislative remedy, ASAP. Just because YOU may not see that problem routinely in your daily life does not mean that CPS/DHS workers don't feel that they have been given carte blanche to do whatever they feel is in the best interests of "promoting safety," including LYING, because of the U.S. government condoning lying officially just five years ago.
It is clear to this writer, anyway, that things have gotten much worse in the entire CPS/DHS racket in the past few years, and that may be a major contributing factor. Lying, intentional disinformation, and outright deception of every color and stripe are the new "modus operandi" of CPS/DHS departments all over the nation. The article makes it quite clear that it certainly was the case for this particular Minnesota family. Here is another brief excerpt from the article:
"Last week, Zayvion finally went home. The trial judge ruled that 'disinformation' was used to continue the hold and that the petitioner has failed to prove by clear and convincing evidence that the child is in need of protection. 'I’m not against CPS, I’m against CPS in its current form and its laws. The current system is antiquated; it needs to be abolished. The disparity in the system needs to be eliminated,' Mitchell said."
There is also an excellent report by the local television station about the case at the link above. It is significant to note the sympathetic tone of the MSM in this case. That may be the MOST important element, in fact, of the whole situation, as this was far from always the case in the past. In fact, the television station has a LINK TO FPF on their website! Be sure to give a listen. The article and broadcast report make it clear that claims of "medical neglect" by "health professionals" seem to be the new preferred method for child seizures by CPS in Minnesota. This case may put an end to it, or at least slow this burgeoning new "tool" of the child thieves to a crawl in that particular state.

(FPF), dba “Stop CPS From Legally Kidnapping Children” (SCPSLKC) is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) public interest legal aid organization dedicated to the idea of rescuing children from unwarranted forced parental separation, family preservation, family first ideology, and restoring the respect for children’s rights on the constitutionality of the preservation of the family unit. Our number one priority is to keep children out of the failing foster care system and with their families whenever possible! FPF desires to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to children and parents in this country by the Constitution and laws of the United States as it relates Child Protection Services and Foster Care. Nonpartisan, the FPF works through litigation, advocacy, publicity efforts, and education and it has over 4,000 members. The FPF provides legal assistance in Child Protection Services and Foster Care cases when it considers civil liberties to be at risk."
Dwight Mitchell seems like a real warrior, and it is good to see he is from a minority community as well, as that, in 2018 America, means more power. I am so pleased to see that this fine gentleman has started an organization dedicated to helping powerless families in Minnesota. But we are going to need about 49 chapters...maybe 51, if we add in Puerto Rico and Guam. Please do what you can. You can at least all resteem this article and send this link in an email to all your friends and connections--especially any that have children-- letting everyone know that this organization has achieved a major victory in one state, and that we need to seize the momentum, and copy FPF's success locally. They NEED to know that there is hope. Pray and see if you might be called to go out and start a FPF chapter in your state.
The worm may finally be turning.

When we get the lying problem fixed, the next step will be to make it easier for "social workers" to be more easily sued PERSONALLY for actions that harm families, especially if it can be proven they KNEW they were being dishonest. HARD JAIL TIME for some of these kidnappers (and their medical system cohorts) may be needed at this point to totally eliminate the "medical kidnapping" operation, nationally. Social workers and medical professionals need to know they are NOT GOD, and that families and parents have SUPERIOR RIGHTS when it comes to their own children.

I strongly agree with your sentiment and understanding of the rights of children and sovereign individuals. A detail which I feel is important to note on which we don't seem to agree (based on the following statement) is of how to effect change of the current crisis.
I must note that it is the attempted legislative remedy that has created the problem in the first place. All too often it is the attempt to use government to solve problems that creates far worse ones, and cumulatively results in the eruption of tyranny that America was founded to end. We don't need new legislation to rein in CPS, DHS, the FBI, or any other corrupt government.
We just need to eliminate those vectors for corruption. We, the sovereign peoples of the world, rule ourselves. When we attempt to enforce our whims on other sovereign peoples, we effect tyranny. That's the core of the problem with CPS and government in general. We are all too certain we're right and should effect power over those we disagree with, when the fact of our sovereignty is that it is only concurrent with that very same authority of those we consider our 'enemies', or disagree with.
We need to quit creating legislation, repeal most of that already enacted, and undertake to run our own lives and leave others to theirs. Freedom is sticking to our own knitting, not telling others how to knit properly. Every time we use our agreement to rule ourselves - government - to try to rule others, we create a new vector for corruption and tyranny.
We don't need a legislative solution. We need to repeal the legislative solution we tried to effect when creating CPS, and let folks use lawful means to rule themselves, including helping children who are being abused. CPS was unnecessary, and has become the worst vector of child abuse I am aware of. Commonlaw provided realistic and effective remedies to the problem of child abuse, and the lack of effective enforcement of those remedies was a tool used by criminal corruption to create a worse problem that we now face.
There's no way to fix CPS other than repealing the unlawful assumption of power over sovereign people to rule themselves. Nobody has a right to take that power over families unless and until lawful proceedings prove to a jury that crimes against incompetents (such as children, medically compromised elderly people, etc.) have been committed.
The problem of tyranny cannot be solved by tweaking how tyranny is prosecuted. It can only be solved by restoring the sovereign rule of individuals over themselves. The underlying concept of CPS is not lawful, and the only route to curing the problem is repeal, not tweaking.

I'll just say that, it will take a bit of time to "find our way back, " I am afraid, and while total elimination of the entire CPS/DHS system is DEFINITELY the ultimate goal, I am no sure it's very realistic to go there "all in one fell swoop."
I actually think tackling CPS is too small a swoop. There are basic principles of law that underpin myriad impositions of despotism, of which CPS is but a fraction. When evolution is prevented, revolution is incited. As the US government has grown into the monstrous global empire it has become, it has surpassed the monarchy it was instituted to replace in tyranny.
Of late, the financial markets have been catastrophically swollen, police have become the equivalent of the Stasi, and much and more else has concatenated until a reckoning looms. When the crash comes, people get hungry, and gangs of thugs start carving out fiefdoms of shattered suburbia, there will be no partial solutions, or incremental changes.
That will be a swoop in the offing, fell indeed.
It will be, indeed. But, before we are in that situation, I am not sure that the incrementalism of the globalists, practiced over many decades against the republic, can be reversed instantly without creating nearly as many problems as it created.
Violence and revolution may be the only way back, but it could also work THE OTHER WAY, especially with and ill-educated and immoral people.
