Petitions against CPS to Congress...heck, why not?

We wrote about one of the major "conservative" groups pushing model legislation on to the States and their legislatures last time, but unfortunately, even "conservatives" seem afraid (or maybe they're complicit?) when it comes to getting legislation forwarded against the corrupt "Child Protective" "Services" system across the United States. I am always amazed how these well-healed think tanks and legislation-initiating groups seem never to do anything which really seems to help parents and families, but only that strengthens the power of the state and their myriad agencies, bureaus, departments and SCAMS.

Something that seems to be cropping up more frequently in my home state, and others, is the push for "direct action," and "more democracy," and these are often taking the from of ballot initiatives, or "referendums." Sadly, these are often un-Constitutional, and should be used with great caution and with more exposure and discussion, up front, as to who is behind them. Maine, for example, just put in place a monstrosity called "ranked-choice voting" where we now have to vote, not on our preference for a given office, but for a range of prospects for a given office in order of how much we like the various candidates. This recently resulted in another liberal Democrat replacing a fairly-decent Republican in the U.S. House of Representatives, even though the Republican received more first-place votes.

However, the situation is SO bad when it comes to the corruption, assumed powers, lying/false witness, etc. within the various state CPS agencies, that getting citizens together to put forward legislation themselves, may be something to consider--especially given that the so-called "conservative" think tanks, trusts, and foundations that typically work up model legislation are woefully failing in this area.

The following "petition to Congress" is very poorly written, and definitely needs to be written by sympathetic legal professionals, but the intention is right and clear (though the appeal to the Constitutional prohibition against "titles of nobility" seem weak and misplaced):

Here is the actionable element of it (that desperately needs rewording) for your conisderation:

"The People are declaring a public health crisis and human rights violation as well as their Civil rights are being (sic) stripped and taken from them and their families, as a result of these above atrocities and also In addition, The People find the Parens Patriae to be more than a doctrine but a specialized position created by the government for the government that violates Article 1 Sec 9, 10: No title of nobility or honors shall be granted by the United States. The title extends to the courts, Childrens (sic) Administration and public education violating Amendment 14 depriving persons of life, liberty and property without due process. The position applies as a collective.

The People are ordering an investigation of the departments as well as Family courts through out the United States of America and most important (sic) in New York State the people of the United States ask that all family court files, case files, court tapes, and videos be put into the investigation, as well as there be (sic) a federal lockdown on all CPS and family courts so that no tampering of documents can be done by such agencies, the fact is family court documents will show the fact that they are mishandled and manipulated by these agencies to insure incriminating charges are inevitable and due process is not being carried out, civil rights are violated, all human rights are violated and the United States Constitution is not on the agenda of these agencies. And the people of the United States of America are being abused by these powers."

Of course, other than the grammarian nightmare, there is no Constitutional or lawful requirement that the Congress even consider this petition. The petition should have been direct at the New York State Legislature in the form of a remonstrance which does, at least, require a response. But, the situation with the whole CPS milieu, nationwide, has become so dire, that such direct action should probably be embarked upon.

Based on the dates on the sad public comments beneath the petition, it looks like this is only a few weeks old, and it would appear that 36,000 signatures have already been collected. Sadly, it is so poorly written, that even should some brave House Representative decide to take up the cause, the cause would need to be defined properly, and re-written in the form of a coherent piece of legislation.

But, what have we got to lose? Nothing else seems to be working very well. Maybe before we show up with pitchforks we could give a little more "direct action," of this type, a try.
