Update on the Alabama lab owner rigging drug/paternity tests for CPS.

The story is still unfolding, and there isn't a whole lot new from what I posted a couple of days ago. It still sounds like the standard "child protective" 'services" (CPS) coverup is in play, as the authorities are focusing (at least publicly) just on the perp, and not on those who benefited from false seizures of children.

"Dale County District Attorney Kirke Adams confirmed as the investigation into falsified drug and paternity tests continue more charges are expected for the woman at the center of the case. 'Right now she has two misdemeanor counts of forgery. We anticipate many more forgery counts, theft counts, and perjury counts,' said Adams.

Ozark police said they opened an investigation into Brandy Murrah’s company, A&J Lab Collections, on May 2 after evidence of drug screening reports provided to the Dale County Department of Human Resources were found to be falsified. The police department received a complaint from a doctor’s office out of Florida saying testing that was reported to be approved by his office was not approved by his facility. Adams said the allegations of theft stem from money collected for drug tests that may not have been done."

The Murrah woman's attorney is, of course, basically saying it's all a big misunderstanding and that the only charges that will likely stick are the theft. He is saying that false positives did not happen, and that that part of the story is all social media concoction and conjecture.

That would actually be a good thing, if true. But, it could also be part of the coverup kicking in, full throttle.

We'll keep an eye on this one. This is Alabama--the most conservative state in the nation--so, if CPS can get away with stealing kids by cooperating in "fixing" drug tests in this state, they can do it anywhere, and it could become a new "M.O." for all parents to become aware of nationwide.
