A NEW LAW KILLS THE LAST HOPE OF PARENTS WHO SUFFER FROM CPS OUTRAGE
It's a real "gag" for all parents who have lost kids and for human rights protection organisations that fight with CPS!
The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of Russian Federation is preparing a new law that kills the last hope of poor parents!
It's "Amendments to Article 15.1 of the Federal Law" On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection ".
The essence of the innovation is that it prohibits the dissemination of any information about children affected by illegal activities!!!
In other words, it just blocks the most effective possibilities to struggle with CPS outrage and abuse of officials.
All lawlessness is afraid of publicity. Officials can do what they want only when doors are closed.
But if society is involved in the process, and their "dark business" becomes open to people, then there is no way to hide from the law.
There are millions of cases when CPS outrage was overcome only thanks to publicity!
Kids were taken away illegally, parents were in despair, lawers were helpless because corruption is sometimes more powerful than the law itself, and only publicity and making these cases loud, spreading the word about families tragedies helped to reunite kids and parents.
Human rights protection organisations are real hope and help to thousands of families that don't know what to do and where to go.
When they are driven into the corner by juvenile justice, there is no way out, if the world doesn't speak about you and doesn't follow your situation. Society feedbacks and resonance are powerful weapon against any outrage of officials, but now people are deprived of this weapon?!
The supervision organisation will add all sites or communities in the social webs in the register of prohibited sites, obliging the site owner to delete the information posted on the site under the threat of blocking the resource.
As a result poor families that have lost kids because of CPS will have no chance to spread the information and get financial support and society help.
It's fragrantly but the new law does not take into account either the Constitution, other laws, or the rights of the parents of the affected children.
Appearance of such a law isn't occasional. It's a necessary and important mechanism to get full freedom to juvenile justice in Russia.
Censorship and total prohibition on coverage of juvenile lawlessness were the reason of development of awful CPS outrage in Europe. For example, in France people even don't know what is happening in their country, but nevertheless, France CPS take away thousands of kids every year!
Why does the law appear right now?
It's not occasional either. The thing is that right now publicity in Russia really has huge power, and there were some loud cases of taking kids away that were solved with the help of it.
Mass-media, Internet, social webs were involved in some tragedies, and officials had to react and change the decision of CPS, and kids were returned home!
@familyprotection has taken part in one of such cases as well, we've made donations to Kazan family. And society and we knew about this tragedy only thanks to TV-news and mass-media.
And now this help will be blocked...
Me and thousand of other parents were shocked...
If nothing changes, it will give the "green light" to juvenile outrage, and parents will be closed in the "cage" of cruel laws...

CPS is an arm of government that answers to no one, it is insane, i think if more people knew about it there would be widespread outrage
and they do all possible not to let people be aware of this outrage..
This is really very bad for parents.This law is completly against their rights.
People need to be united and tell government about their displeasure then only something can be done.

yes, obviously if I did it, I thought it was OK, if we are both spreading the message of freedom. I thought that was the priority. I did not know it would hurt you to have a comment on your blog... but hey it is gone now.
I think what you are doing now, is not the best of showing yourself. I like helping others. shaming them into "vote for me", when they put a lot of work into writing their heart out, is not my thing. you can reduce people to whatever you like, but I guess appreciating others would be a more healthy approach to life.

When one comes in to power they do not bother about the people who have elected them,to watch their interests
It is already happening as I was trying to do research on some recent cases that I had bookmarked and the pages had dissappeared. Thankfully they can't delete or change articles on the block chain!!

this news is really horrible. When approved this article cps will have an advantage over the cases of children separated from their family, the power manages cps to enrich their pockets and cause more pain separates families. The worst thing is that with these laws is increasingly justice
