ADOPTION LIKE A WAY OF EARNING MONEY FOR FOSTER FAMILIES
The situation with adoption and allowancies for it helps "hell" foster families don't work but just use these adoptive kids for earning money.
I've described this situation already, and now my story will illustrate it the best.
Russian villages always suffer from the lack of working places, and, unfortunately, some people, if we can call them so, use adoptive kids to earn money for life...
They can receive about 350$ for 1 adoptive child per month! And it's a good average salary for a city, and for a village it's just great! If you take 2 or more kids, the sum is more and more... Perfect business!
Maria had 3 kids from her first marriage, but the husdband was alcochol addicted and beat her and kids, so they were divorced. Maria met a new good man and moved to her mother's village to start a new life.
But CPS ruined her hopes.
All the money they had (from the state support for a family with 3 kids), they had spent for buying a house in the previous place of living, and it wasnt sold yet. So they lived in a small and not very ruch house in the village. The conditions werent perfect, but they were rather good for tempopary living.
The kids were 7, 6 and 2 years old. And as all small kids of their age they were playful and noisy. but neighbours didn't like it. It was the start of their tragedy.
The numerous claim were sent to CPS. "Kids are out of control", - the paper said. These organisations react immediately...
Once, when kdis were at granny's house, they came at night (!) and made a paper about improper performance of parental responsibilities, but kids were left at home still... But not for a long time.
The house had stove heating, and once a pan was standing on the stove, but it didn't work, just was still warm after the supper. Kids were playing and threw a kitchen towel to the pan. Parents didn't notice it, and at night the towel began to smolder and smoke appeared.
Maria was shocked and frightened, she checked the house but didn't find and fire, so she took kids to her mother's house to check the house again the next morning.
But in some hours CPS came and took kids away - 2 from home and the eldest - from the school. It happened while Maria was answered CPS questions, and kids were outside the house.
They didn't inform her, where her children would be. She had to investigate it with the help of the prosecutors and civil protection organisations.
It turned out that kids were at the infection hospital, and they were transferred to a foster family! All meetings with Maria were forbidden!
Only once Granny had a chance to visit them, and she was shocked: kids were in deep depression, they cried all the time and begged to take them back, and the eldest son told they had worms and took medicines. Kids told about violence in the foster family, about cruel attitude of new "parents" who beat them and scolded for any tiny reasons: if they didn't want to eat, food from plates were thrown into their faces, if kids quarreled with a native daughter of foster parents, they punished them in the cruelest ways...
But nevertheless, the foster family received about 1,000$ per month for "uprbringing" of adoptive children who had been "saved" from "a dangerous mother"...
The mother made a claim to the court. The investigation took long time. The court session lasted for 9 hours!! But fortunately, the court wasn't corrupted this time, and it found CPS' actions illegal and unreasonable.
The kids were returned home! But their health and moral state were very poor.
Maria tols that all kids were sick, they were frightened and cried all the time. They didn't see any toys or food mother had sent to them. The eldest boy (7 years) even lost his writing skills because nobody gave attention to his education.
It took long time for the family to calm the children and to make them belive they were in safety now, and nobody would even take them back again...
Maria made a claim for this foster family and CPS, who checked her living conditions so carefully, and ignored all violations from the adoptive side.
Money makes people blind.

The foster family is cruel, for the sole purpose of earning money. Pity the children who live full of burden.
Paying people to take foster kids is pretty much human trafficking

If you go to a Zoo you may see this same thing among other mammals. It is more common in packs of animals where there is high disparity between males.

What we can take from this is that all measures should be taken to keep children in the care of the biological parents, or relatives with common genetics.
Adoption should only be considered in the case of total abandonment or extreme cases.

one of my friends was adopted by a lady who had 5 daughters and treated her badly, she had to clean the whole house and did not allow her to study, at age 15 she had to look for work to pay for her studies, I do not know if she exists someone who monitors this series of events, where the money sent by the nation for the maintenance of the adopted infant will stop
