CPS: TO GET A KID AT ALL COSTS

There're no taboos for CPS when they have a goal - to get the kid.

This case is a bright example of their endless outrage.

Olya Velichko, a daughter of Ivanova Elena Petrovna, was taken away
at school on the initiative and with the assistance of the social
teacher.

The formal reason was a bruise on the forehead (just a result of the game with the younger brother in reality).

But CPS understood - it's not enough to take the girl away from her mom (the parents were divorced), they needed more proofs of violence, and they started to blackmail the girl.

They insisted and made her to sign documents that the mother beat her, and they promised that after that she would be free, otherwise she would stay in the orphanage.

Police Investigators also started “work” by coercing an 11-ear old child
to the reservation of her own mother. But the girl was stubborn and very loving. She rejected to blame her mommy..

To separate the mother from the child the false certificate was used:
the mother allegedly had a schizophrenia diagnosis (in reality it's false!).

The mother was made to make forensic psychiatric examination
in a psychiatric hospital. The father was offered to
sign a document about the deprivation of parental rights for the mother because she was sick. Thanks heaven the father was an adequate and honest man and rejected to make such tricks.

So a group of officials tried to incite hostility between native people despite their stubborn resistance.

But the CPS doesn't like when people are too stubborn and make obstacles for their activities.

During the investigation, the father was denied the right to be legal
representative of his daughter because he refused to be against his ex-wife and help CPS to take the girl away from her.

As a result, during the trial the girl didn't have any support from beloved relatives! She was "supported" by the psychologist from the orphanage who had made her to blame her own mom!!

The girl was in deep depression for a long time. Pressure, fear, worrying, blackmailing...She was taken to a hospital. The father worried about the girl's health, they were about to lose the kid forever in this cruel war!

He was ready to sign anything to help his girl feel better and take her home...

CPS was close to the victory...

They demanded a set of documents to let the father take the girl home. But they didn't have a right to do it because it wasn't registration of
guardianship! Her native father wanted to take her back - that's it!

The list was constantly updated, as a result the collection of documents
took more than 2 months! CPS needed time but for what? To find adoptive parents and get money? To make a new plan of making obstacles for the native parents?

Their plans were ruined. This time justice won!

The girl was returned to her mother because CPS couldn't prove all their charges against her.

Now the story is over. It lasted about 12 months!!
But is it easy for the family to forget this nightmare? Is it easy for the girl to restore her mantal health after blaming her native mom? Is it easy for the mom to sleep at nights and not to cry any more? Is it easy for them to live without fear?

Acts of officials against the family coincide with articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation:
• 286 - Excess of official powers;
• 292 - Official forgery;
• 302 - Forced to testify;
• 303 part 2 - Falsification of evidence in criminal
case by the person conducting the inquiry.

But did they get their punishment? The story took place 3 years ago, and all these monsters in CPS offices still feel fine...
