GRANDPARENTS ARE A THREAT FOR KEEPING PARENTAL RIGHTS

Decisions of CPS monsters have become more and more absurd.

This time they have found a reason to try destroying of a family just because kids were left with their native grandparents!

Who else can help and take care of our kids better than anyone else? Of course, our parents - loving grandmom and granddad are always islands of paradise for all children.

In this case a single mother who has 2 daughters of 7 and 3 years old had to leave them with her grandparents for some months to come to a new working place to earn enough money for them. The family lives ina small Russian village, and unemployment here is a serious problem.

A mother earn money to grow her kids, her native parents take care of children until she comes back. A logical and normal life situation.

But local CPS used this period of time for their attack.

The girls, Masha and Nadia, were taken from a family on August 9, 2018 in the village of Zarechny, Verkhnekamsky District, Kirov Region, from their grandparents.

The reason was dangerous living conditions for children’s life and health. The most widely used reason, and in the most cases i is just a fake. This story isn't an exception.

CPS' explanations and charges:

Ekaterina Ivanovna (the mother) violated the rights and interests of minor children, leaving them in conditions that have a negative impact on their health, physical, mental, spiritual and moral development. ... Ekaterina Ivanovna has withdrawn herself from the upbringing of her minor children, placing all parental responsibilities on her parents, including taking care of their health. At the same time, the behavior of ... Raisa Petrovna (grandmother) poses a threat not only to health, but also to the lives of minors. ..

Such a justification of the requirements for deprivation of parental rights is NOT provided by law.
Article 69 of the Family Code of the Russian Federation contains an exhaustive list of the grounds for deprivation of parental rights, but this is not the case.

The last sentence means that CPS tried to prove that the grandmother is a hard drinker, and moreover, she allegedly came to the local police department and threatened to "pour herself with gasoline and commit an act of self-immolation".

It was pure lie, both of statements, and in the court CPS failed to prove them!

The most stupid thing in this charging is that in the case of self-immolation the police had to take kids away at that very moment! A woman had to be sick! But the CPS came to take kids away only in 3 days!!

It was obviously that the case and all charging were made in a rush. Maybe adopted parents were already waiting?!

The Court dismissed the claim of deprivation of parental rights on September, 26.

During 2 months poor and frightened girls lived in a social organisation. A nightmare of grandparents and the mother is impossible to describe...

This horror is over thanks God.
But who will be responsible for this great stress for kids and the family?
