The situation is following:

Alla Kendekova is a mom of 2 pretty boys. She isn't married, because the father of her kids rejected to help them, and she lost her connection with the parents, they just stopped communication with her after her first divorce.

So she upbrought children by herself. She worked online and tried to do her best for her boys. They rented a house, but one day the owner suddenly asked her to leave it (he had more profitable renters for the next day).

It was late evening, and Alla didn't have time to seek for another flat, so they went to a hotel. But being in a great hurry, Alla forgot to take her documents and left them at that house!

It was enough for hotel workers to inform CPS about neglected kids!

The next day CPS took boys away from Alla and required their documents. But when she brought them, they refused to give kids back!!

New requirements were about her constant place of living and necessary conditions, and until she managed to do it, kids were left in an orphanage.

Alla was in despair. CPS forbad her to see and visit kids oftener than once a week and just during 1 hour and not alone but with CPS represenatives.

It was pure hell. Alla told about it crying all the time. Her kids were all her life, and life without them was just her tortures. She couldn't eat, drink, sleep, but she worked hard to earn money for a new flat and good conditions for kids.

Boys were crying all the time without Mom too. When Alla visited them, she saw they didn't have nice conditions of life, they were always sick and begged to take them back. It lasted for 2 months.

But Mom's heart couldn't see it any more. Once she came to visit them again, she asked for a walk outside the orphanage and...took her kids away!

She was right from moral point of view, but legally CPS considered this deed to be a crime!

Mom violated the law and broke the decision of CPS, they announced a search like for a real criminal!

Moreover, when this story became loud, CPS tried to spread another variant of the story, where Alla was considered to be out of control, kids lived in perfect conditions in the orphanage, and their theft was well-planned.

But they hide one main detail!

CPS violated the law by themselves when they had taken boys away!

Absence of own housing can not be the basis for takindg children away from Mom!

While parents are not deprived and not limited in rights, they are legal representatives of the child and have the full right to communicate with them!

These kids, of course, can be of great interest to potential adoptive parents - Slavic appearance, without genetic deviations and very small age. These facts probably were a reason for illegal decision of CPS workers.

They were in a hurry to take boys away as quickly as possible. Moreover, there were no reasons for announcing a search for kids and their Mom like for criminals.

Now Alla began a real war with them. Now she together with her lawyer prepare a lawsuit on the misconduct of CPS and the police who have taken boys away without legal reasons for it.

As reported by the mass media in the city of Fryazino, Moscow Region, 2 kids were illegally taken away. In 2 months the mother took them from the orphanage, having all legal grounds for it, but law enforcement agencies, instead of punishing unlawfully acting officials, put them in the wanted list and initiated a criminal case against her.This ugly situation is an example of lawlessness inadmissible in Russia, which proclaims the priority of family values and respect for family and parents at the level of state policy!Mother gave all necessary documents that prove her kids weren't "neglected", but CPS didn't give kids back . The children were placed in the Children's Home. Mother was allowed to visit them only once a week and see them no more than an hour! And only under the supervision of the staff!The mother was asked to give documents about work and long-term housing rent to the commission.All these demands of officials are completely illegal! The lack of work for a person is not a reason for the interference of officials in the life of the family. The mother is not deprived of her parental rights and is not restricted in them, she had the right to take her children at any time, and officials didn't allow to do it. There are no legal grounds for retaining children by force in such a situation and refusing to return them to the parent. Actions of officials are illegal arbitrariness!
Unable to withstand the illegal decisions, the mother took her own children from Children's Home. Instead of stopping the illegal actions of officials and bringing them to justice, law enforcement officers opened a criminal case and declared a mother with children wanted!
This is a lawless and ugly situation.
We demand to stop unreasonable persecution of the mother who takes her children from the Children's Home.
