I've a surprise for you!

Actually it was a surprise for me as well!

Yulia, the woman who transferred our donations to Kazan family, was so kind to make some photos for us!

I could add them to my previous post-report, but I really didn't know Yulia would make them.
She asked me if money was my personal donations, and I explained her that it was fund-raising from the community that protects and supports families that suffer from CPS. And she was so kind to make some photos for us.

So the family has got all our donations!

Of course, it's not a photosession, knowing the situation we all understand the mood and depression of the grandmother Tamara, and we can see how sad her eyes are...

But at least she has got attention and some money for her boys, and Yulia said she was very thankful!!

So the latest news from this family:

The repair of their flat is almost over!

Now they have a nice and light home with good conditions. CPS have lost their main argument against the family!!

BUT! There is still one more problem: a dept for utilities about 5,000$.

It's a great sum of money, the family didn't pay it for many years, because they just couldn't make ends meet.

Tamara and her daughter, the mother of kids, worked hard but got only about 500$ per month in total, Of course, it's not enough for 5 people. They chose to feed and to buy all necessary clothes for boys, that's why the debt started to grow fast. But maybe it's a problem of salaries and unemployment, or of high prices for utilities, but not of a single mother with 3 kids?!

Nevertheless, there is NO law that allows to take kids away because of debts!

The family is going to fight more and more. Yulia said they would try to get guardanship for Tamara soon, but if CPS would reject, they would appeal to the court.

Of course, CPS can find another "serious" reasons for their evil, we all know how skillful they're in it, but I really hope that they will be afraid to do it because this case was too loud.

There were many TV-news and fund-raising for this family, too many people followed and follow this tragedy, and it can be their protection.

Even the best adoptive family can'y be better than the native loving heart.

The kids and the grandma suffer from the greatest loss in their life - no mother and no daughter for them any more... But they still have each other, it's their hope and the sense of life.

It's 2 of 3 Tamara's boys.

I really hope they're moving to the happy future!
