it's the first part of this story
The story is still going on, because the court about depriving of the parental rights was suddenly replaced to the April, though it had to be already yesterday...
What happened?
The thing is that the mother has chosen the right way, and as she didn't have any other sources of help, she asked the social organisation to protect her kids.
The activists of this social team are really very decisive and rather powerful because they use both the power of society's protection and the power of the law (very often actions of the CPS are just illegal).
So they did their best to make this story very loud.
Internet was hot from people's agressive reaction, and the authorities didn't know how to explain actions of the CPS!

So the actions of the CPS were absolutely unreasonable!
And kids were taken to orphanages absolutely illegal!
But the court that has to solve the situation still will take place in 2 weeks.
But now the main victory is reached!
Kids are at home!!
The CPS has to give them back, but for now to the mom (officially), but to the grandma (her mom).
The activists raised funds to make fast necessary repair works in their flat (CPS has serious notes about living conditions).
The society pressure has made a miracle again!
Mother and kids are untied!
Now we're waiting for the final court decision about the parental rights.

Good news. That's at least a step forwards.
the main is to save kids. Life in orphanages isn't honey at all.. moreover they could be adopted in any moment. It's done for cash very fast. White, healthy, slavian kids "cost" much. It sounds terrible, but they really have a price.
I am happy for the Mom's triumph over CPS @taliakerch and I hope that governments would revamp on how CPS operates because taking children from their parents is the worse thing that can happen to a family.

it's a great pity we need to seek for support in social organisations and mass-media, otherwise CPS will just "eat" poor parents and their kids..
