THE PARENTAL VICTORY: THE ANTI-FAMILY REFORM ABOUT MANDATORY SCHOOL CONTROL WAS STOPPED, THE DEPUTY WILL BE PUNISHED!!

@familyprotection performs not only important informational and educational functions for the platform and the society in general, it makes people believe in their own power, their ability and duty to protect inviolability of their families and safety of kids!

The story, that has recently taken place in my country, shows and proves that it's real and possible!

So the main character of this story is a Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee for Education, a member of the central staff of the All-Russian Popular Front Lyubov Dukhanina.

She took over this position a few months ago, and ompletely forgot about her election promises. But this time it wasn't left without punishment!

Digitalization of education is a hot and discussable problem in Russia now. The society perceives these possible innovations very negatively and does all possible to prevent them.

The deputy Dukhanina was under society's control since the winter, 2018. Before she was appointed as a Minister in the new Government of the Russian Federation, she advocated the restoration of the Russian traditional education, told about the inadmissibility of mass digitalization. But after she got her new "chair" she changed her position immediately and started to promote "digital school" actively.

In June, 2018 she initiated a debriefing at her page in the social web, showing importance of civil opinion, but all protests were ignored!

It was her big mistake and betray of her voters.
But the greatest mistake was made after it.

This deputy became a protector of juvenile reforms in the country!

The juvenile lobby promoted the expansion of staff and powers of psychologists and social educators under the pretext of the need to combat teenage suicides, extremism and violence.

Dukhanina wanted to oblige schoolchildren to apply to school psychologists and social educators without any parental consent!

Moreover, it wasn't just a possibily, it was a duty!

Dukhanina believed that parents, refusing the services of a psychologist, violate the rights of their child - which can be interpreted as "improper performance of parental responsibilities" or even "child abuse" - with all the resulting juvenile consequences (taking kids away from parents by CPS!!).

Now, any consultations and conversations with minors under 14 years of age are possible only with the consent of legal representatives, and these rules were planned to be changed by officials.

Parents were outraged by such plans of deputies, therefore they wrote several official appeals to Dukhanina with questions about the forthcoming reform.
According to the law, deputies are obliged to contact with people and react on their letters and appeals, and there're definite terms for their reply.

But the deputy just ignored all appeals! Just like with the problem of digitalization of schools!

The patience of society was over... and parents wrote 9 applications to the prosecutor's office for ignoring the people!!

The administrative penalty and reprimand for the lack of contact with citizens is a big threat to further career in politics!

And she reacted at once! Just in 1 day!! After 60 days of ignoring!

It is not surprising that her assistants made it up hastily: without specificity, in a mass mailing format - simultaneously to all 66 citizens.

BUT the main result was reached!

Here are these words:

"The psychological work with kids, as well as any interference in their life, is impossible without the informed consent of the parents and other legal representatives of the child"

But 2 months ago she claimed that the parental consent wan't necessary, and it's a duty protected by the state!

If earlier it follows that parents, refusing the services of a psychologist, violate the rights of their child, now rhetoric changed: the rights and desires of parents and legal representatives are in priority!

IT'S A REAL VICTORY!!!

Isn't it a proof that if we're united and decisive, we're powerful and unstoppable?

We CAN and MUST protect our families and kids, activity and knowledge of laws are our main background!
