Now let's analyse what is happening After kids' separation from families.

After separating

*Parents often don't know where their kids are.

*Relatives may be refused to make guardianship for kids, violating the principle of priority guardianship.
Sometimes CPS workers try to dissuade relatives to make it at all.

*A popular violation is the refusal for parents to visit taken away kids. As a rule, CPS don't have a reason to do it, it's just a way to isolate children and break the connection with the family.

*Kids are deceived by CPS. They aren't explained where and for what they have been taken from parents.

*Healthy small children are often placed in hospitals, usually in infectious wards.

*Mothers are sometimes denied the legal right to go to the hospital
together with the child. It's illegal!

*The facts confirm that the conditions of living for such children in a shelter or hospital are often worse than in the native family. It harms the child’s physical and mental health - both because of the selection procedure itself and because of lifevvoutside the family. Many cases show
psychological traumas for children and other serious effects.

Moreover, parents often need medical help as well...

Barriers for the return of the child:

Parents meet hundreds of barries from CPS for taking the kid back to home. Even if the problem that was the reason for taking away, has been resolved, CPS don't want to lose one more source of profit - an orphan.

*Parents are made to seek for strange documents, which aren't required at all, but they are to do it like they aren't native parents but a new foster family.

*While parents make all burocratic procedures, the child details are already posted to the data bank.
Often it turns out that the child was taken away without deprivation of
parental rights, but it's not a problem for CPS to transfer him or her to a new family!

The imposition of social assistance

*Families in need hear the threats of child rejection more and more often. Moreover, sometimes it's a proposal to "get rid of the child" and transfer him to state organisation. Temporarily. Naive parents can agree.
Fatal mistake!
After it they have few chances to take their native baby back ever...

*Parents can receive a long list of requirements for taking the child back to home. As a rule, this list is just impossible for them to realize, or they need much money and much time for it. During this period CPS try to do their best to find new parents for the kids...

*Patronage of a family in need has become a norm, even if parents reject from it. This total control was created to "close the cage" where "a bird (a family) was caught".

Denunciations

**We see that the practice of taking children away from parents creates a new norm of our society - the norm of neglecting the interests of the family.

*Reasons for intervention in the family are not only reports of crime
or evidence of antisocial activity, but any message that the family is imperfect!
These “signals” are checked out by representatives of CPS. And nobody has responsibility for false signals!

*Citizens have already noticed this phenomenon and began to use such
signals to make pressure over parents in their own interests,
unrelated to the interests of children. Their motives may be greed,
hostility, revenge!

*There are many cases of the classical conflict of generations: grandmothers against mothers, or ex husbands against ex-wives etc.

*Any conflicts with neighbours, teachers or doctors can be a reason for denunciations to CPS.

*All signals are anonymous, so parents will never know who is this hell author of them.

Moreover, CPS do not show denunciations to parents. It may
mean that there could be no denunciation at all , and it was a method
to justify the intervention!

*Only one signal is often enough to break a family forever...

*CPS are calling to make denunciations, if people see reasons for worrying, BUT definite points of worrying aren't listed anywhere!

These facts indicate that CPS violations of laws and rights of citizens aren't just rare cases, but the current phenomenon of life.

It's juvenile practice that has already become a part of our life, and it doesn't protect families, as they claim, they just break lives...
