Shop Locally, Eat Locally
We love to shop at the locally as much as possible and are so blessed to live in a town with many options for purchasing local food. We have tons of farmers markets here and the offer many people a chance to make a living off of many types of local foods
This is my favorite market, Miller Family Farms. As you can see, the weather is getting cold and snow is on the horizon here. This family owned farm and farmers market offers $10 5 lb bags you can fill to the brim.
I was super cold so I chose to take these pictures from the car, and you can see the bounty of awesome fruits and veggies. For me access to fresh local foods and a full fridge of veggies can get me cooking more.
Where we spend our money matters and I love supporting the local farmers, the ones who keep the fresh foods coming. Grateful for access to such nourishing foods for my family and this community.
