Rice Farm

Hello Steemians!

Here's the update on my rice farming for these season.

The rice seedlings now is 24 days old and time for manual pulling. This seedlings will be transplanted into the field by tomorrow.

The rains stop pouring for weeks now so we need to use water pumps just to water the field and the nursery. In fact, many of our neighbor resorted to direct dry seeding because of unexpected delay of rains. The method can translate to save more on labor cost and water.

But for our field, I still decide to use transplanting method. I'll be posting the actual planting tomorrow. 😸
