It give me great joy to present the VISION and MISSION STATEMENT OF THE @FARMS PROGRAM. With the most recent project on steemchurch @farms, the mandate and quest to combat poverty through the agricultural sector is currently a priority of @farms which brings about the below Vision and mission statement.

VISION STATEMENT

To become a well diversified, vertically integrated company ushering in a new age in an age old industry operating a community-based and sustainable agri-business that provides solid returns to lead the way in improving the productivity of farmland and nutritional value of products while not only preserving the environment, but also enhancing the @farms popularity.

MISSION STATEMENT

To provide farmers with a comprehensive service through detailed analysis of farm products, custom solutions, and precision application. @farms will assist in various ways to improve the sustainability and profitability of steemchurchfarms while working on a tireless effort to eradicate poverty and reduce hunger. To also provide the @farms community with proven agro-based produce and patterns for developing sustainable income while maximizing returns with diligence and integrity.

GROWTH

To provide for @farms expansion and growth and better to serve the starving mass thereby increasing not only the popularity of @farms but also the relevance and continual use of the @farms tag.

VALUES

°IMPROVEMENTS: @farms will continually improve the quality of agricultural products and bi-products. We also strive at reducing the current hunger rate in the world.

°RESILIENCE: We will increase the resilience of the @farms community by increasing the number of locally adaptable and sustainable agri-based products by providing opportunities for learning and starting a relevant trade of STEEM and SBD locally.

°CARE: @farms will express care in all its endeavors. First by listening and then speaking, by observing and improving, then by respecting and encouraging. @farms will actively engage with each person in any given project it embarks on. @farms will pay attention to the details of each task/project and each relationship.

°STEWARDSHIP: We will work diligently to present the @farms community as good stewards of the resources entrusted to @farms by being transparent each and every season.
