There are so many write up about pest of crops in the internet. I have took some time to make research about PUMPKINS LEAF
As the on going project on farm is going on initiated by my mentor @Sirknight and @steemchurch. I want to talk about PUMPKINS LEAF that can help agriculture in the society.

WHAT IS PUMPKINS LEAF?...
A pumpkin is a cultivar of a squash plant, most commonly of Cucurbita pepo, that is round, with smooth, slightly ribbed skin, and deep yellow to orange coloration. The thick shell contains the seeds and pulp.
Fluted Pumpkin leaves are rich in dietary properties like calcium, iron, potassium, and manganese. Even, the leaves provide the great amount of vitamin A, B2, C2 and E for sure. Indeed, it is also packed with antioxidant properties to protect the body against disease.

ARE PUMPKINS LEAFS GOOD FOR YOU?
Yes! pumpkin leaves are high in calcium and also are a good source of vitamins A, B6, C, protein, riboflavin, niacin, thiamin, folate, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and manganese. Pumpkin leaves can be eaten raw but cooking brings out the true flavour of the leaf.
The good: This food is low in Sodium, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Niacin, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Copper and Manganese.

BENEFITS OF PUMPKINS
Eating pumpkin is good for the heart. The fiber, potassium, and vitamin C content in pumpkin all support heart health. Studies suggest that consuming enough potassium may be almost as important as decreasing sodium intake for the treatment of hypertension, or high blood pressure.

IS UZIZA LEAF GOOD FOR YOU?
Uziza is an African plant, of which two parts are used: the leaves and the berries. The leaves, which have a peppery taste, are pale green when fresh, and darker green when frozen, dried, or ground and dried. The leaves, whether whole or ground, are used in soups.
It is called ewuro in Yoruba and onugbu in Ibo. It is a small shrub that grows predominantly in the tropical Africa. In Nigeria, the plant is locally called bitter leaf due to its bitter taste. Botanically called Ocimum gratissimum, scent leaf or Basil belongs to the mint family Lameacea.

In general, bitter leaf works so well because it combats infertility and boost the functions of the reproductive system. This effect ranges from specifically toning the reproductive organs and boosting your overall health. Bitter leaf has been known to balance hormones, and help the ovary release healthy eggs.

Pumpkin Leaf is scientifically proven, these leaves contain a lot of vitamins and minerals in it.
The best part is that it makes you feel full after eating and has low calories as well.
The Leaf helps in not looking old (Anti Ageing) Due to the presence of anti-oxidants in abundance, these leaves are known to slow down the ageing process. So, if you want to look younger, start consuming these leaves and experience your beauty again!
Also helps in "Diabetes", diabetic person knows how painful it is to have diabetes. Pumpkin leaves are known to have the hypoglycaemic effect which helps in reducing sugar levels in the blood, thus keeping diabetes under control!
Also help in "keeping your Bones strong" It is very rich in calcium and phosphorus, therefore, it is recommended for children and mothers specially. It helps to keep the bones strong and healthy. Also, it helps in keeping away the deficiency of calcium, helping in the proper growth of teeth and bones.
